2 - User Content and Responsibility

C.2.1

By using our service, you agree to be solely responsible for any content you upload, post, create, or otherwise make available (referred to as "User Content"). This includes all text, images, videos, audio, and any other materials. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely liable for the legality, reliability, integrity, and appropriateness of your User Content.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other proprietary rights in and to any User Content.

We do not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. However, by uploading or submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the service and our business operations.

We do not have any obligation to monitor or review User Content. However, we reserve the right to remove or refuse to distribute any User Content at our sole discretion, including without limitation, any User Content that violates these Terms of Service.

    • providing services that appear to originate from you (or someone else) when they actually originate from us

  • using our services (including the content they provide) to violate anyone’s legal rights, such as intellectual property or privacy rights
  • reverse engineering our services or underlying technology, such as our machine learning models, to extract trade secrets or other proprietary information, except as allowed by applicable law
  • using automated means to access content from any of our services in violation of the machine-readable instructions on our web pages (for example, robots.txt files that disallow crawling, training, or other activities)
  • using AI-generated content from our services to develop machine learning models or related AI technology
  • hiding or misrepresenting who you are in order to violate these terms
  • providing services that encourage others to violate these terms

License: By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content on and through the Service. This license is for the sole purpose of operating and providing the Service.
